4. Booking Information
When you initiate or complete a booking, we collect details regarding the reservation including destination city, scheduled date, meet-up time, duration of assistance, chosen Host, booking status, special preferences, and escrow payment status.
5. Payment Information
Payments on MyCityHost are processed by certified third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment credentials such as credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account PINs on our servers. We receive and retain transaction identifiers, payment status, and timestamps necessary for accounting, escrow release, and dispute resolution.
